I have not had it for 3 hours. I already washed & waxed my self. That was back in June, since then I have put on 12,500kms (bought at 47,500kms),

This was the first photo I took of the Mini, the day after I got home from school (my dad had picked it up while I was still away at school). I still hadn’t driven it yet at this point because I didn’t know how to drive manual.

For two of my cars, I have pictures I took before I even bought them.

Huh. I don’t actually have any pics of my first car. Or my second one for that matter. I guess I never bothered taking any pictures of my own car until I became a car guy and was on my 5th vehicle. Looks like this is the earliest pic that I took myself:
Still driving it 7 years later.

And here’s the earliest pic I have of any of my cars (this Delta 88 was my 3rd vehicle), but I wasn’t the one who took the photo:

Took a photo of it before I even drove it off of the lot. Just realized posting this that today I have had it for exactly one year! Also, Jukes are awesome.I test drove one but ended up wanting something a little bigger. Other than that it was fantastic.

I agree with the size, some times I with it was bigger. If I need more space I could rent a u-haul van.

That’s the way I used to do things - I’ve rented a lot of minivans and borrowed a lot of trucks. But with two kids, back seat space and hatch space became an issue.

I’m still single so space is not really an issue.

Digging back through the archives, somehow this is the first picture of my MJ. I don’t quite remember what the reason was, but my dad has a bunch of pictures from when I brought it home and my camera didn’t come out for a couple days. Only I neither of us know where they got stashed. This one’s a couple days after I purchased it, parked beside the hole in the bush I made after getting a little too exuberant on gravel.
And this potato is the oldest surviving picture I have of the Niva. That phone was weird and didn’t like doing anything normal, and if I hadn’t posted that one as a teaser on FB I wouldn’t still have it, as everything off that phone went weird or something. I can’t find it any more.
And that was the first picture I took of the XJ. And because I only bought it in May, I haven’t had enough time to loose any pictures of it yet.

It was probably this one. Note that there are no inner fenders or any kind of interior, but the fenders are temporarily on so that means it was taken relatively recently. For that car that means last year. I didn’t take any pics when it was still in full on basket case mode.

There was still snow on the ground, but spring wasn’t far off:
We did get some odd looks driving home with the top down. :)

Back in fall 2010, I had killed my computer with a coke. It was the Monday night of dead week, and instead of drinking like it had been tradition that semester we were studying. It was when Four Loko was big, we’d walk to the BP by Tech and get 4 Jooses, 2 for me, 2 for one of my roommates; called it Monday night Joose. Anyways, one of my roommates has a car and I need to take my computer to apple in the hopes they can some how fix it. Usually he had his shitty 2001 Grand Am GT, not today. He had his mom’s e46 325i convertible. Now it was December in Georgia, but since we had a convertible, we were like well we don’t get to do this every day, so we’re riding with the top down. I remember driving back to campus on GA 400 and this guy in a Tundra smoking a cigar drives buy and just points at us like yes these guys know what’s up.

I had the truck for maybe an hour when I took this.
At one point I had pictures of it in the PO’s driveway but they disappeared from my phone.

haha! Excellent. With a wind deflector and the side windows up, it’s comfortable to about -5 C with the top down as long as you have the heat and heated seats on.
Sadly, there’s a fair bit of road salt around here, so it hides away in the winter.

We had the side windows down cause reasons, did have seat heaters but it was still freezing. Still worth it.
